Denna kabel används då lampan ska anslutas till en extern 12 V likströmskälla t.ex. endurocykel eller snöskoter. Den skyddar lampan från tillfällig överspänning och kortslutning. Kabeln är 150 cm lång med en delningsbar kontakt i en ända och öppen förtennad tråd i den andra. Ansluts till polerna på ett 12 V batteri eller laddningsregulator och fästs med buntband eller liknande fram till styret. Laddningsregulatorns normala laddström får inte överstiga 15 V.
